Shane Wilding, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wilding Golf  

Founder and CEO of the Wilding Golf Performance Centers, 39-year-old Shane Wilding is an internationally renowned golf coach recognized both for his dedication and pioneering teaching methods.

Having earned international status as a top golf coach, Wilding is known for his remarkably keen eye and deep understanding of golfers, their abilities, deficiencies and patterns. These attributes combined with his natural teaching ability have developed into a highly-successful instruction method that is simple to understand, showing players what and why things go wrong and how to correct and improve their performance and consistency.  

Shane has worked extensively on the PGA Champions Tour (2003-2006) with world renowned players such as Curtis Strange, Ben Crenshaw, David Eger and Graham Marsh – as well as Australian Tour Players including Peter Lonard, Rod Pampling and Paul Gow in the early years he spent with Australia’s No. 1 golf coach, Gary Edwin.

Building on this ‘top-of-the game’ coaching experience, Shane developed his own approach by incorporating state-of-the-art computer and video technology to devise a ‘Golf Without Boundaries’ coaching method that has become the hallmark of Wilding Golf, today acknowledged as Asia’s most advanced golf training centers.

Shane Wilding is proud to point out that over a fifteen-year period; aspiring junior golfers under his guidance have collectively won well over 150 titles in the region with some young players obtaining college golf scholarships in the US and others going on to play on Tour.

His innovative coaching style and passion for knowledge has kept Wilding on the leading edge of golf performance technology and positioned Wilding Golf as a pioneer in the region. Wilding's desire to provide golfers of all levels with access to the same technology and training methods used by the game's top players has materialized into a training system and facility on par with the best available anywhere in the world.
